I'm a lumberjack and I'm okay...

So as I continue on with my job hunt, I SUPPOSE I better keep this blog updated.  I'm working on some unique stuff that I didn't really get to do for my final demo reel, and I hope to have a brand spankin new one pretty soon.

But as I work on that stuff, here's a rough sketch I did of a lumberjack... and a dog.  The dog is named Bitey McSugarpants....  That's literally the first thing that came to mind.

G is for... GREEEEEEEN

So with the Green Lantern finally getting his silver-screen debut later this summer, I figured "Hey, I should DRAW the Green Lantern!"  And so I did.... and yeah.  That's a thing now.  Check 'er out!

So being a bit of an outsider to the comic realm in some respects, any GL books you recommend?

Have couple characters that I feel I want to use for something, but not totally sure what.  I'm going to develop it a bit more, but for right now, here ya go!

I can also grate cheese...

I hadn't really posted any backgrounds, but it should be known that do that too!  Though not as often as I like.

Panic U

Here's a line-up of characters I have.  The idea was a show called "Panic U", a university whose student body is largely made by compulsive worriers.  I only wish this wasn't as relatable to many peoples' post-secondary experiences as it probably is.  I didn't feel I pushed the idea far enough, but I do like the variation and experimentation in shape.  It's fun!

 All this time building up to Grad Show, I'm kinda trying to get as much as I can together that I can show you!  But I'm doing what I can, and I hope to ramp up my updates as the next few weeks go by.

In the meantime, this is one of my prouder moments, in my mind.  Enjoy!  Or not...  Though I'd prefer if you did. Because... y'know... self-esteem...
